Yoga in schools... Making a difference...the recipe is simple:

1. Have the desire to make a difference
2. Know who you want to make a difference with
3. Decide how or what you want to offer
4. Go into action, share it with the world

A friend of mine has turned a past injury into a new career and now is reaching out and touching children with her new found life.

Her name is Joanne Spence, and she has created a program called "Yoga In Schools." By bringing Yoga into schools students and teachers are learning new life coping skills and improving their overall health and education.
