Slowly they creep in...
Ok, a pile here, a pile there, a pile everywhere...
CLUTTER! CLUTTER! CLUTTER!
It's grip is far weaker than it use to be. I have learned so much as I work on me. Still, they seem to manage to wiggle their way into my world.
Ooops, let's start with "I realize I am the creator" although I would love to blame it on something else...;-)
A paper, a folder, a moment of unplanned hast, a disappointment, another project on an already full plate, I am using the folder I want to keep it close by, no real filing system, what about all I learned in school alphabetizing and numerical order and the countless employment screening with such tests, the tests I breezed through without a thought, oh a little here, and a little there and there may even be a moment of quick and lively cleaning, still a small pile or two seems to keep a foot hold, to remove them would be to erase my most current and most valuable thoughts and inspirations, then POW! WHAM! BREATH, BREATH, BREATH, "WHERE DID THESE STACKS COME FROM...?" was I sleeping, HELP, SOMEONE HELP, yes, yes, YES!, I get it it's me, I am the creator of this madness, there isn't someone slipping into my office at night and adding to my stacks, or is there, surely there is a conspiracy here somewhere, could it be my mom, my dad, or even a deceased relative that has passed down this insanity to me, it would seem so much easier just to blame, hold-on, let shuffle a couple papers, which stack...ok...this folder...hmmm...maybe tomorro...yes...I will set it...ok where was I?, yes this insane thing called clutter...
HAH!
If you were able to read that insane blob of words then you are perhaps in need of HELP!
Clutter is the character of the creative mind. It is like sniffing a cabernet or a merlot catching a hint of someones dirty sock, or a delicate flavor of chocolate, without the clutter is there room for creativity...?
Is there such a thing as an anal retentive or compulsively clean creative genious and what does their world or better yet their desk look or work area look like?
Well thats it, I just wanted to dance with my clutter and share it with you. Ahhhh, I can breath, how about...;-)
Have an "AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL" day!
With love,
